Job summary

Atlas RFID in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist. In this full-time role you will receive, shelve, and track inventory in our ERP, ensure accuracy, and prepare orders for shipping.

The job combines hands-on warehouse work with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Support. You are organized, detail-oriented, physically able to lift 30 lbs, and comfortable with repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems (Acumatica a plus).
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receiving and shelving inventory and entering receipts in ERP.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and accurate inventory, supporting safety and cleanliness.
