The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to participate in changeovers while maintaining clean work areas and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 2–6 years related experience.
• Food industry background is a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents.
• Attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities

• Verify production processes to ensure safe, high-quality products.
• Follow packing guidelines including Plex procedures and ensure correct labeling.
• Check equipment readiness and report issues to supervision.
• Prepare and weigh cases, apply labels, and record counts in Plex.
• Assist with line changeovers and maintain cleanliness of the area.
