Job summary

Northgate Gonzalez Market is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our California facility. You will work with the Production Manager to execute schedules, maintain GMPs, safety protocols, and quality standards, while ensuring recipes and HSQA metrics are met.

You will operate steam kettles with precision, batch formulas accurately, perform HACCP checks, and collaborate across maintenance, sanitation, and QA teams to minimize risk and drive cost-effective,

Qualifications

• Food handlers’ certification is mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in executing daily production schedules across the facility.
• Weigh, mix, and batch all product formulations according to recipes provided.
• Execute HACCP procedures under QA supervision.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety protocols; maintain sanitary conditions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
