Uline is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. You will ensure accurate processing of customer payments and maintain account integrity for our North American operations. The role emphasizes precise data handling and timely reconciliation on an on-site basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong communication and typing with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.
