Job summary

Uline is seeking a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. You will help ensure accurate processing of customer payments and maintain account accuracy across our North American operations.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred). Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong communication and typing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.
