Brink's Global Services USA, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to monitor, process, and verify inbound and outbound shipments in an armed environment. You will physically sort shipments, compare inventory to paperwork, and maintain precise records.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to pass firearms licensing.
• Valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Accept and deliver shipments of precious metals.
• Perform audits on existing inventory.
• Check in shipment and verify inventory against paperwork.
• Complete audit-friendly paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipments using allocation reports.
• Distribute metals to satisfy customer requests and/or exchange warrants.
• Coordinate with Global Services supervisory and ops staff.
• Ensure forms and packages are handled properly.
• Assist with projects as necessary.
• Provide security by adhering to General Security regulations.
• Work between BGS vault locations as required.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime.
