Brink’s Global Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to monitor, verify inbound and outbound shipments, sort inventory, and maintain precise records in an armed environment.

The role involves enforcing security rules and coordinating with supervisors and operations staff. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Accept and deliver shipments of precious metals for BGS or outside carrier.
• Perform audits on existing inventory.
• Check in shipment from document provided, match pre-advised inventory detail to physical inventory.
• Complete necessary, audit-compliant paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipments of precious metal to be sent out of facility, using allocation report (or other).
• Physically distribute individual precious metals to conform to customer requests and/or exchange warrants.
• Coordinate and work directly with Global Services supervisory and ops staff.
• Ensure that all forms and packages are handled appropriately.
• Assist with projects as necessary.
• Provide security by adhering to the General Security regulations.
• Work between BGS Precious Metal Vault locations as business dictates.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
