Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Telford, PA, is looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QA program and ensure compliance with PADOT, NPCA and ACPA. You will supervise inspections, coordinate with engineering and plant management, and drive process improvements across multiple product lines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in quality control, supervisory experience, DOT/industry certifications, and strong drawing-reading and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality experience; preferably in precast concrete (Wet or Dry cast), and minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Certification(s) from local DOT and/or national committees (NPCA, ACPA, ACI, or PCI) or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of how to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Associate degree or equivalent education; or equivalent in years of related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-pour inspections on product prior to pouring (product dimensions, reinforcement size and location, inserts and lifting devices, block-outs ...etc.)
• Perform post-pour inspections on product ensuring it is ready for the customer.
• Tracking of customer complaints and major defects to include root cause analysis and correction measures.
• Represent the customer inside our factory.
• Test Concrete and raw materials as needed.
• Lead QC meetings and follow up on Corrective Actions.
• Ensure all documentation is organized and complete.
• Coordinate with production on all schedule changes and errors.
• Assist in conducting QA Audits.
• Train plant employees on precast concrete technology and QC requirements.
