Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality technicians and oversee the OPI Quality Program. You will drive safety culture, ensure compliance with DoT, NPCA, ACI, and ASTM standards, and manage audits, training, and corrective actions for precast concrete production.

The role requires at least 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, along with certifications in field/lab testing and NPCA PQS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience developing process programs.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.
• ACI Field/Lab Level 1 and NPCA PQS Level 1 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive pursuance of all needed State or Municipal certifications.
• Develop and maintain Quality standards.
• Conduct timely audits to ensure internal compliance to the program.
• Maintain program to ensure current compliance documentation (DoT, NPCA, ACI & OPI) and recordkeeping.
• Hold quarterly QC meetings with Engineering, Production, CAD to review corrective actions.
• Provide monthly training for process leads and process technicians.
• Develop program to ensure monthly and annual material testing and calibrations meeting requirements.
• Participate in auditing an Oldcastle facility as needed.
• Escalate report-outs on quality issues to Management and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Recommend repairs for product and corrective actions on mix design.
