Responsibilities

• Supervise 6–12 employees; report to Amesbury Production Manager.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures; ensure production deadlines are met.
• Coordinate production schedule and determine priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement to lower costs and improve efficiency.
