Shea Concrete Products is seeking a Laborer-Construction for our precast plant in Amesbury, MA. This full-time role offers paid training, benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Salary ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, with year-round work and a strong safety culture. The successful candidate will assist in forming, reinforcing, and finishing precast concrete products, while maintaining quality standards and a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares precast forms for manufacturing concrete products.
• Prepares molds for stripping by opening or removing forms from hardened concrete.
• Clean, prepare and set up molds for use as required in production.
• Place and secure reinforcement in various precast concrete forms.
• Layout and secure embeds, knockouts, etc.
• Place and finish concrete into various precast forms.
• Carpentry skills of all levels
• Housekeeping – maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain knowledge of precast plant techniques and procedures.
• Delegate tasks as deemed necessary.
• Understanding of hand tools, mechanical skills are a plus.

Salary Range: $22.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Precast concrete plant team members are responsible for performing a variety of tasks and duties in a safe and productive manner to produce precast concrete products in accordance with quality standards.

• Prepares precast forms for manufacturing concrete products.
