Job summary

Shea Concrete Products in Nottingham, NH is seeking dedicated precast plant team members for a full-time role with Monday–Friday shifts and year-round benefits. Compensation ranges from $22 to $25 per hour based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a team member, you will prepare precast forms, molds, reinforcement, embeds and finishes, while upholding safety and quality standards. Strong tool skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are valued.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety and following Safety Program.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and work independently or with others.
• Experience with hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precast forms for manufacturing concrete products.
• Prepare molds for stripping from hardened concrete.
• Clean, prepare and set up molds for production.
• Place and secure reinforcement in precast forms.
• Layout and secure embeds, knockouts, etc.
• Place and finish concrete into various precast forms.
• Use carpentry skills as required.
