Job summary

Adecco in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Precast Concrete Production Worker. This full-time, Monday–Friday role involves preparing molds, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining a safe, quality-focused production line.

You will handle molds, reinforcing materials, and embedding hardware, while moving materials and products around the facility. Competitive pay starts at $20+ per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete work, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attendance, reliability and team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and assemble concrete molds and forms.
• Install reinforcing materials and embedded hardware according to specifications.
• Assist with pouring, placing, and consolidating concrete.
• Operate concrete vibrators to eliminate air pockets and ensure product quality.
• Screed, trowel, finish, patch, and repair concrete surfaces.
• Strip and remove finished products from molds.
• Perform grinding, touch-up work, and quality inspections.
• Safely move materials, molds, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (when certified/trained).
• Assist with loading, unloading, and yard organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Precast Concrete Production Worker

Sarasota, FL Starting at $20+/Hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Monday-Friday

This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, concrete work, manufacturing, or general labor who enjoy physical work and take pride in producing quality products.

As a Precast Concrete Production Worker, you will help manufacture precast concrete components by preparing molds, pouring and finishing concrete, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Work around heavy equipment and machinery safely
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Work Environment

• Indoor/ outdoors manufacturing facility
• Exposure to dust, noise, concrete materials, and changing temperatures
• Required PPE includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
