Job summary

Poeppelman Materials seeks an experienced Precast Operations Manager for our West Milton facility. You will own operations performance, build processes, and foster a culture focused on safety and accountability to enable future growth.

You will lead manufacturing teams, develop staffing plans, and implement SOPs, automation, and quality controls while managing budgets and resources for sustained excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, budget tracking, data analysis, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for precast operations and growth.
• Create and enforce standard operating procedures across the facility.
• Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing technology adoption.
• Monitor KPI’s, quality controls, and safety compliance.
• Plan staffing, budgets, and resources to support growth while maintaining quality and service.
