Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking a design drafter to support the project design team in Spartanburg, SC. You will prepare shop tickets, shop cards, and erection drawings using AutoCAD.

The role reports to the Engineer Lead and requires attention to detail and collaboration with the design team. Applicants should have an associate degree in design drafting or related field, with a background in structural or precast design being a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Design Drafting, AutoCAD, or related field.
• Experience in structural design and/or precast design is a plus.
• Less than a year of related experience required; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Read and plot erection details and drawings.
• Create shop cards using AutoCAD and ensure conformity with detailing standards.
• Prepare production shop cards and erection drawings under supervision.
• Scrub red-lines and present shop cards for verification by Project Lead.
