Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0–5 years minimum transportation and/or structural engineering experience.
• EIT certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in RISA 3D.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work with sound engineering judgment.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute precast engineering and design assignments for civil and structural projects.
• Develop structurally sound, cost-effective precast concrete designs with project teams.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations for various loading conditions.
• Select materials and components meeting strength, durability, and sustainability requirements.
• Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications aligned with industry standards.
• Support project cost estimating for precast materials and components.
• Assist Project Managers and Designers and support QA/QC processes to ensure quality.
