Qualifications

• 0-5 years of design experience in precast concrete for transportation infrastructure and underground structures.
• A.S. degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE-7, and AASHTO.
• Experience in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned precast drafting and design tasks for transportation infrastructure and underground structures.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.
• Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications aligned with industry design standards.
• Support material cost estimation and assist Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize, and support QA/QC processes and gain knowledge of precast and prestressed concrete technologies and codes.
