Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an industrious team member to join our precast concrete production line in Morgan Hill, CA. This non-exempt role focuses on safely producing high-quality products in an industrial setting.

You will clean and oil steel forms, assemble and disassemble forms, detail unfinished concrete, and prepare products for stripping. A positive attitude, reliability, good attendance, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are essential.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good attendance and positive attitude a must.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning and oiling steel forms
• Assembling and disassembling forms
• Detailing unfinished concrete prior to customer delivery
• Prepare products to be stripped
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
