Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an industrious team member to support precast concrete production in a union facility. The role involves stripping/cleaning forms, mold prep, basic carpentry, and site maintenance to ensure top-quality outputs.

Requires a high school diploma, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Manufacturing or construction experience is preferred; excellent teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Able to read/write simple instructions and communicate with the team.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs periodically.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
