You will perform hands-on production tasks in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment, including preparing forms, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining a safe, clean work area while meeting quality and production standards.

• Perform post-pour quality checks and report major quality issues.
• Direct cement trucks using hand signals.
• Operate hand tools, power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for the shift.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
