Responsibilities

• Prepare, pour, finish, and cure precast concrete products using tools (floats, trowels, screeds).
• Set up forms, install inserts/rebar, and remove excess concrete per specifications.
• Operate mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts, hoists) to transport materials and products.
• Read production drawings and use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers) for precision work.
• Grind, sand, or polish surfaces; apply coatings/sealants using spray equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment; keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
