Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a manufacturing associate to safely produce precast concrete products in a union facility in Illinois. You will work as part of a team and focus on quality, safety, and efficiency in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities include stripping forms, preparing molds, basic carpentry, and site maintenance. Requirements include a high school diploma, forklift ability, and the capacity to lift 40 lbs. hourly pay ranges from $30.06 to $31.56 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
