Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a hands-on manufacturing teammate to safely produce precast concrete products in an industrial setting. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.

You will strip and clean concrete forms, prepare molds, perform basic carpentry tasks, and help with facility upkeep while following safety procedures and standard work instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and measurement skills for production tasks.
• Ability to read and follow simple written instructions.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills as needed on-site.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
