Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking an engaged team member to operate in an industrial manufacturing setting. The role involves safely producing precast concrete products of the highest quality in a union facility, with duties spanning form stripping, mold preparation, carpentry, and ongoing maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, forklift ability, and strong teamwork to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steal molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
