Job summary

DBO, LLC is seeking a Day Shift Production Associate to support the manufacturing of precast concrete banks in a fast-paced, heavy industrial setting. You will prepare forms, pour and finish concrete, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting production standards.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow OSHA safety policies. Hand and power tools, plus production equipment, are used daily to complete projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist precast concrete production by preparing forms and placing conduit.

• Operate tools and equipment safely and keep work area clean and organized.
• Complete all pourings and prep for night shift; follow production schedules.

JOB SUMMARY

The Day Shift Production Associate supports the manufacturing of precast concrete banks by performing hands‑-on production tasks in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment. This role involves preparing forms, placing conduit, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining a safe and efficient work area while meeting quality and production standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Place all necessary internal components prior to the pouring process


• Pour, vibrate, and utilize hand tools to finish and smooth concrete to required specifications


• Perform post-pour quality checks and fix non-critical surface imperfections, also reporting major quality issues to supervision


• Use hand signals to direct cement trucks


• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely


• Perform work until all assigned molds are poured and dry, lifters are placed, and area is clean and prepped for night shift


• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures


• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift


• Accurately follow production schedules, work instructions, and supervisor direction


• Work collaboratively with production team members, quality, and maintenance personnel


• Other duties as assigned per supervision

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work on feet for extended periods


• Work in conditions that may include dust, noise, vibration, temperature changes, and outdoor exposure


• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility vests, and steel-toed shoes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in precast concrete or heavy manufacturing


• Basic knowledge of concrete production processes
