Job summary

ETS in Vermont is seeking a Precast Concrete Fabricator for an in-person, first-shift, full-time role on a Monday–Friday schedule. This position focuses on setting up molds, reading CAD drawings, and assembling precast concrete components.

You will measure, cut, bend, and tie reinforcement rebar, operate shop tools, and maintain safety and quality in a manufacturing environment. Benefits include health insurance, a referral program, and earned wages on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and production drawings.
• Experience with construction tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and strip molds for precast concrete products according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret production and CAD drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
• Measure, cut, bend, and tie reinforcement rebar for concrete structures.
• Operate shop tools, hand and power tools and warehouse equipment to complete daily tasks.
