Job summary

ETS Staffing is recruiting for a Precast Concrete Fabricator for a well-established manufacturer. The role involves setting up and stripping molds, interpreting production and CAD drawings, and fabricating reinforcement rebar for concrete structures.

You will operate shop tools, read blueprints, maintain a strong focus on safety, and perform manual labor in a controlled environment. This is a full-time, first-shift, in-person position with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and production drawings.
• Experience with construction tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and strip molds for precast concrete products according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret production and CAD drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
• Measure, cut, bend, and tie reinforcement rebar for concrete structures.
• Operate shop tools, hand and power tools and warehouse equipment to complete daily tasks.
