Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Prearrangement Advisor, you will engage with families to provide guidance and assistance with pre-planning their cremation services. Responsibilities include building relationships with families, understanding their needs, offering solutions tailored to their preferences, and ensuring they feel supported throughout the prearrangement process. Maintaining accurate records and effectively communicating service options are key components of this role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and empathy with clients
• Sales experience and capability to effectively present service options and close agreements
