Job summary

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. onsite, with opportunities to improve care outcomes through assessment, education, and documentation.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing as required by the state.
• Ability to follow nursing models and best practices.
• Experience delivering patient-centered care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor response, document care in the medical record.
• Respond to patient requests and educate patients and families about care plans.
