Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience noted in the posting.
• Strong computer skills and ability to type at least 40 wpm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills for public interactions and working with officials.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with defendants in the office and during vehicle inspections, alcohol/drug testing, and satellite monitoring inspections.
• Accompany defendants to labs for urine/hair testing and ensure custody integrity.
• Guide defendants to install monitoring devices and verify data from vendors.
• Document events in case management system for supervision and bond compliance.
• Investigate alleged violations of bond conditions and collect statements from victims.
• Request offense reports from arresting agencies as needed.
• Refer defendants to court-ordered treatment and verify progress.
• Report active arrest warrants to the Sheriff's Warrants Division.
• Participate in emergency management activities during local disasters.
