Job summary

The Nunez Law Firm in Fort Myers, FL seeks an experienced Case Manager to support clients and attorneys from intake to resolution. This full-time, in-person role handles a high-volume personal injury caseload (pre-suit and litigation) with standard hours.

Responsibilities include drafting demands, reviewing medical records and bills, and coordinating with clients, medical providers, and insurers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (FileVine a plus) is required;

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Case Manager at a personal injury firm.
• In-person role in Fort Myers, FL area.
• Knowledge of FileVine is a plus

• Draft and send demands and settlement documents.

We're searching for someone who has 2 Years of Experience as a Case Manager at a personal Injury firm (REQUIRED). Someone who is accountable, reliable, highly organized, focused, and thrives under pressure. Knows Microsoft Office and is comfortable navigating Case Management software (Knowledge of FileVine is a plus!). This is a FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON ROLE, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

What You'll Do:

As a Case Manager, you'll be the driving force behind case progress from intake to resolution, supporting clients and attorneys with compassion, clarity, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a high-volume caseload of pre-suit and litigation personal injury cases
• Drafting and sending demands and settlement documents
• Ordering and reviewing medical records and bills
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Updating tasks, notes, and documentation in the case management system
• Ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and moving toward resolution
