Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney for our Orlando, FL office to manage pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and oversee settlement negotiations. You will lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers and focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability.

The role emphasizes driving compliance, handling EUOs and recorded statements, and supporting the transition toward litigation when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.
