Job summary

This 3-year contract role focuses on validating hardware/software optimizations, debugging SoC-level issues, and building validation infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SoC power and performance validation.
• 3+ years of experience in Pre-Si simulation and emulation.
• 3+ years of experience developing and/or optimizing power/performance KPIs.
• Knowledge of RTL, in-circuit emulation, and FPGA prototyping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SoC-level power, thermal, and performance validation plan across Intel products.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and software teams to ensure power, thermal, and performance meet targets.
• Establish and execute methodologies for validating hardware/software optimizations and KPI alignment.
• Perform SoC-level debugging to identify root causes and resolve related failures.
• Configure and set up data loggers to collect thermal data.
• Develop and maintain validation infrastructure and testing environments.
• Produce validation reports summarizing activities and results and communicate findings.
• Drive continuous improvements to validation strategies and processes.
