Job summary

Soccer Shots DuPage County is hiring part-time preschool coaches to lead engaging sessions for ages 2–8 during the fall season, with 4–16 hours per week. You must be available 9 AM–12 PM. Training is paid, and you’ll introduce kids to soccer while building confidence, character and a love for activity.

No prior coaching experience is required—comprehensive training and all tools are provided. We seek reliable, energetic, and professional team players who communicate well with families and staff

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to locations throughout DuPage County.
• Daily access to a smartphone and internet.
• Ability to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and medical screening in accordance with DCFS requirements.
• Ability to work weekday afternoons (approximately 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for 2–8 year olds.
• Effectively manage groups of 5-10 children.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership.
• Complete comprehensive paid training and ongoing development.
• Represent Soccer Shots positively at all locations.

• Experience working with young children is strongly preferred
• Teaching, coaching, childcare, camp counseling, or education experience is a plus
• Soccer experience is helpful but not required
