Job summary

Soccer Shots DuPage County is hiring enthusiastic part-time preschool coaches to introduce children ages 2-8 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions. Fall season, 4–16 hours per week, must be available 9 AM–12 PM, with paid training provided.

Join a positive team where reliability, energy, and effective communication with families and school staff are valued. You’ll lead small groups, help children develop confidence and teamwork, and represent Soccer Shots across DuPage County.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to locations throughout DuPage County.
• Daily access to a smartphone and internet.
• Ability to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and medical screening per DCFS requirements.
• Ability to work weekday afternoons (approximately 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise sessions for groups of 5-10 children.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership.
• Arrive on time and prepared for every session.

Experienced with Children

• Experience working with young children is strongly preferred
• Teaching, coaching, childcare, camp counseling, or education experience is a plus
• Soccer experience is helpful but not required
