Job summary

Soccer Shots DuPage County is hiring part-time pre-school soccer coaches for the fall season. Sessions run 4–16 hours per week, with mandatory availability 9 AM–12 PM. We offer paid training and provide all coaching tools.

Coaches will introduce 2- to 8-year-olds to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions designed to build confidence and character. Join a team that values a positive learning environment, professional development, and making a lasting impact on young children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to locations throughout DuPage County.
• Daily access to a smartphone and internet.
• Ability to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and medical screening in accordance with DCFS requirements.
• Ability to work weekday afternoons (approximately 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage groups of 5-10 children.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership.

Soccer Shots is an award-winning children's soccer program that serves preschools, childcare centers, parks, and community locations throughout DuPage County.
