Job summary

Utah Community Action is hiring a Preschool Classroom Teaching Aide (Full-Time) to join our Head Start program in Utah. You will support children ages 0–5, help create a safe, nurturing classroom, and collaborate with experienced educators in a team-driven environment.

A CDA pathway is encouraged and you will enroll within 1 year of hire. Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma; training and benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, an employer HSA match, a 401(k) with match,

• Must have strong English communication and the ability to follow directions.
• Willingness to enroll in the CDA program within the first year of employment.

What You'll Do
