Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect for D365 Finance & SCM to support US-wide ERP growth. The role focuses on understanding business challenges, shaping solutions, and guiding opportunities from discovery to implementation handover.

You will lead client discovery sessions, design end-to-end D365 F&SCM solutions, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure feasible, compelling proposals and demos.

Qualifications

• 5 years ERP consulting experience, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&S SCM.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture or a client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of finance and/or supply chain processes within D365 F&SCM.
• Experience delivering ERP implementations, client workshops, demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Understanding of project scoping, estimates, proposals, and solution design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) expertise to support ERP growth. This is a client-facing role focused on understanding business challenges, shaping solutions, and helping organisations realise the value of D365 F&SCM.

You will work closely with sales and delivery teams, lead discovery sessions, design solutions, and support new business opportunities from initial discussions through to implementation handover.
