Agicap allows Finance teams of Mid‑Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash, pay their suppliers and get paid. By combining a Treasury Management System, and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions into a single platform, Agicap aims at becoming the next leading Treasury Management platform for mid‑market companies.

We have raised €145M since our creation, with prestigious VC funds including AVP, Greenoaks, Partech and BlackFin, with a last round in November 2024.

These additional resources further fuel our product innovation, allowing us to grow significantly and accelerate our international expansion across the world.

We believe our success comes from our highly passionate and dedicated teams, committed to building a company where people can grow and build their careers. We are constantly looking for great talents, aiming for excellence and ready to join our ambitious adventure!

About the Role

We're looking for a Pre‑Sales & Banking Connectivity Specialist to sit at the intersection of sales, treasury, and technical implementation. You'll work closely with our Account Executives throughout complex mid‑market sales cycles — bringing treasury credibility and technical depth to evaluations — and partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless banking connectivity for every new customer. Beyond your direct involvement in deals, you'll play a meaningful enablement role: coaching and upskilling the sales team on treasury workflows, demo delivery, and banking connectivity concepts so that Agicap's overall go‑to‑market capability compounds over time.

What You’ll Do
Sales & CS Enablement
  • Coach and guide Account Executives on how to structure and deliver treasury‑focused demos — building team‑wide capability and confidence with financial buyers, not just stepping in yourself
  • Train and upskill AEs and Customer Success Managers on US banking connectivity concepts, integration paths, and how to handle technical objections in the field
  • Develop reusable enablement assets: demo scripts, treasury workflow guides, bank compatibility matrices, and integration one‑pagers
  • Establish a feedback loop between the field and Product, ensuring real prospect and customer insights shape the roadmap
Pre‑Sales & Deal Execution
  • Partner with Account Executives throughout complex mid‑market sales cycles, bringing treasury and technical credibility to discovery calls, demos, and evaluations
  • Customize product demonstrations to reflect prospects’ specific cash management workflows, ERP environments, and banking setups
  • Lead technical and treasury‑focused conversations with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers to uncover pain points and map them to Agicap’s value proposition
  • Build and present tailored business cases and ROI analyses to accelerate deal velocity and increase average contract value
  • Run proof‑of‑concept evaluations and sandbox environments for prospects, managing the technical track of the sales process end‑to‑end
  • Respond to RFPs and security/technical questionnaires
  • Contribute to competitive positioning by developing deep knowledge of US alternatives and articulating Agicap’s differentiation
Banking Connectivity – Pre‑Sales
  • Serve as the primary expert on US banking connectivity during the sales process, advising prospects on integration paths (API, SFTP, H2H, SWIFT) with their existing banking relationships
  • Translate complex connectivity concepts into clear, non‑technical language for CFO and Controller audiences — the communication bridge that turns technical depth into deal momentum
  • Proactively engage with US banks — both large national institutions and regional banks — to build and maintain connectivity partnerships and documentation
  • Help prospects anticipate integration complexity early, reducing post‑sale surprises and accelerating time‑to‑live
Banking Connectivity – Implementation & Onboarding
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with implementation and customer success teams to streamline banking connectivity setup for new customers
  • Lead or support technical configuration of SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections across US banks, including large nationals (JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi) and smaller regional institutions (Note: as Agicap US scales, hands‑on configuration work is expected to transition to a dedicated implementation resource — candidates will be set expectations accordingly)
  • Build and maintain a living playbook of US bank integration specs, contacts, and known requirements to reduce setup time across the team
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues during onboarding and serve as an escalation point for banking integration challenges
  • Liaise with bank technical teams on behalf of customers when needed
Strategic Contributions
  • Feed market and prospect insights back to Product to influence the US banking connectivity roadmap
  • Track and report on the impact of pre‑sales involvement on win rate, deal size, and sales cycle length
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre‑sales, or financial software implementation
  • Hands‑on practitioner background in corporate treasury — ideally someone who has lived cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and reporting challenges from the corporate side before moving into the vendor or consulting world; CTP designation preferred
  • Hands‑on knowledge of US banking connectivity standards: SFTP file transfer, Host‑to‑Host (H2H) connections, SWIFT (MT/MX), and ideally bank APIs
  • Experience working with a broad range of US banks, including regional and community banks
  • Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows: cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, forecasting
  • Track record of supporting complex B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles, ideally with mid‑market or enterprise companies
  • Excellent communicator — equally comfortable in a CFO meeting and a technical integration discussion
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building structure where little exists (this is a relatively new function at Agicap US)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP)
What We Offer
  • Attractive compensation: Annual on‑target earnings (OTE) between $150k and $200k depending on seniority.
  • Competitive benefits with health benefits and 401k
  • Top performers get access to stock options
