Job summary

Infinity Group is seeking a Project Executive to guide clients through the critical pre-sale phase for commercial interiors projects. You’ll coordinate with business development, design, estimating, and project management to deliver Feasibility Budget Reports and compelling proposals that help clients make informed decisions.

You will build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and landlords, providing proactive problem-solving and continuity at the account level to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in client management, project management, or related roles within commercial real estate, design-build, or construction.
• Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, brokers, landlords, and partners.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client liaison during the pre-sale phase, from initial opportunity through to signed contract.
• Identify influencers in the client’s circle and establish relationships with each.
• Develop an account strategy, identify opportunities, align with client objectives, and position Infinity Group for repeat work.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver Feasibility Budget Reports, proposals, and contracts.
• Lead and facilitate pre-construction client meetings, site visits, and milestone presentations to build client confidence.
