Job summary

BeLeaf Medical is seeking a Pre-Roll Supervisor for Sinse Cherokee facility in St. Louis, MO. This hands-on leadership role oversees a 10–20 person Post-Processing Pre-Roll team, driving daily production, quality, and compliance on a Thursday–Sunday 4/10 schedule.

You'll manage scheduling, track performance, and ensure SOPs are followed while maintaining accurate records and data for management review.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop a production team.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience on automated production.
• Comfort reviewing data and navigating Microsoft Suite applications.
• Detail-oriented with a skill for numbers and accurate record keeping.
• Effective communication skills across the department and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the Post-Processing Pre-Roll team, including scheduling, packaging production, rework, and batch record keeping.
• Review and execute daily production plans, developing solutions to barriers with support of the Post-Processing management team.
• Track employee progress and provide operators with training to keep the team current on process changes.
• Maintain data records around productivity and quality metrics, with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management.
