BeLeaf Medical is hiring a Pre-Roll Packaging Technician at our Sinse Cherokee facility in St. Louis, MO. This full-time role focuses on weighing, counting, labeling, and packaging cannabis products with precision and speed.

We offer 1st and 2nd shifts with a $17.00–$18.00 hourly rate and company-paid benefits. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a general laborer, production worker, or in a similar hands-on role.
• Sharp attention to detail with a head for numbers and counts.
• Strong communication skills — you'll work closely with your department and support teams.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Agent ID.
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, count, label, and package all marijuana product forms produced by Sinse, ensuring every unit meets our accuracy and quality standards.
• Apply labels, barcodes, and lab test results to product containers.
• Fill tubes and bags with cannabis products and operate packaging equipment.
• Perform visual quality control inspections, checking for uniformity, appearance, and structural integrity.
• Maintain daily production records and report output to your Team Lead.
• Maintain inventory counts and restock packaging supplies at the end of each shift.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.
• Meet required hourly production goals while holding the line on quality.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods (trimming, packaging, and inventory management).
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Agent ID.
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly; occasional lifts over 30 lbs.
• Able to sit and stand for extended periods and maneuver around a warehouse environment.
• Able to push carts and wheelbarrows of up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional reaching or working above shoulder height.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• 1st Shift: $17.00/hour — Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–5:30pm
• 2nd Shift: $18.00/hour — Thursday–Sunday, 7:00am–5:30pm ($1.00/hr shift differential)
• Status: Non-exempt, full-time position.
