Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on cannabis or chemical processing experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
• Missouri Agent ID required; must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 2–4 Manufacturing Technicians on chemical processing workflows.
• Assign daily tasks and production priorities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide hands-on technical coaching during extraction, post-processing, and distillation operations.
• Review batch records and ensure safety, compliance, and quality on the floor.
