• In-person and virtual facilitation of inmate training relative to employability and life skills.
• Interpretation of assessments.
• Maintaining and providing documentation of services delivered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility staff to establish pre-release connections with community providers and employers.
• Assist the facility with hiring events, mock interviews, pre-release job search, recruitment, and readiness portfolio development.
• Report to lead educator or Assistant Warden and deliver services through cell-front and/or congregate settings.
• Provide comprehensive documentation of services delivered and maintain records.
• Coordinate with program partners to ensure a smooth transition for inmates into community employment.
