Job summary

Choose901 is seeking a Pre-production Coordinator in Bartlett, TN to act as liaison between Account Managers and MRP teams such as production, print inventory, and packaging. You will manage and process vinyl orders, answer questions, and resolve issues that arise during projects.

Responsibilities include entering orders, tracking status, routing assets to the appropriate departments, updating databases, and maintaining on-schedule timelines while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-production position or similar.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume of calls and emails daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders from clients/customers and Account Managers.
• Provide status updates on client orders to Account Managers.
• Coordinate delivery of assets to MRP teams/departments (production, accounting, art, data entry, shipping).
• Input new information into database systems and retrieve data as requested.
• Verify data by comparing to source documents and provide updates as needed.
• Escalate problems and concerns and maintain on-schedule vinyl projects.
• Develop and nurture team-oriented relationships with MRP teams/departments.

Job Summary:
The Pre-production Coordinator acts as a liaison between Account Managers and MRP
Teams/Departments (production, print inventory, packaging, etc.), managing and processing orders,
answering questions, and resolving problems that occur over the course of each vinyl project.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders from clients/customers and Account Managers
• Provide information regarding the status of client/customer orders to Account Managers
• Facilitate prompt and accurate delivery of assets for vinyl orders to each corresponding MRP
  Team/Department, (audio, accounting, art, data entry, shipping, packaging, etc.)
• Input new information into database systems
• Retrieve data as requested
• Input data provided directly from customers
• Verify data by comparing to source documents
• Provide updates and/or alerts if necessary for vinyl projects
• Followup with applicable MRP Teams/Departments to ensure vinyl projects are on schedule
• Respond to client inquiries as needed or requested
• Escalate problems and concerns
• Develop and nurture team-oriented working relationships with MRP Teams/Departments
