Job summary

Graphic Products is seeking a Vinyl Production Assistant for our warehouse manufacturing team. This entry-level role involves preparing, cutting, and assembling vinyl with hands-on, high-precision material handling. Training is provided, no prior warehouse experience required.

The position runs 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. You will contribute to vinyl processing, order fulfillment, inventory control, QA, and warehouse upkeep to maintain quality and

• Detail-Oriented: Identify minor visual flaws to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
• Physical Stamina: Stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience with or willingness to learn.
• Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Communication: Read English work orders and follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Vinyl Processing: Transform raw vinyl materials into finished products through precise cutting, rolling, and packaging.
• Order Fulfillment: Safely package finished vinyl products, print shipping labels, and prepare items for warehouse
• Inventory Control: Stock warehouse shelves, and report low inventory levels.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect final products to ensure exact alignment, zero defects, and compliance with order specifications.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep production tables, machines, and walkways clean, organized, and free of debris.

We take pride in the quality of the people we hire. This is an entry level position that doesn't require any prior warehouse experience. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and assembling vinyl. This is a hands-on position that combines physical warehouse work with high-precision material handling.
