Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Pre-Procedure Coordinator to manage care coordination for patients undergoing OR and clinic-based procedures. You will be the main contact for scheduling, patient questions, and service coordination, interfacing with both administrative and clinical teams to enhance the patient experience.

They act as the liaison for the patient and family, working with both administrative and clinical staff from multiple departments to improve the patient's overall experience.
