Role Description

The Pre-press Production Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasco, WA. This role is responsible for preparing and optimizing digital files for large-format printing, signage, and vehicle wraps, ensuring color accuracy, proper layout, and print readiness. Daily tasks include reviewing client artwork, pre-flighting files, coordinating with designers and production staff, and troubleshooting technical issues before jobs go to press. The Pre-press Production Lead will manage production schedules, maintain pre-press standards, print, laminate, and cut vinyl, and support continuous improvement in workflow and quality control. This position also involves clear communication with internal teams to meet deadlines and uphold Stark Design LLC’s quality expectations.

Qualifications
