Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in the delivery of care per state regulations.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes to ensure quality and safety across units.

Qualifications

• ACLS required within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, Float Pool (Critical Care and Maternity), SSU if taking GI call or Cath Lab.

One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Licenses & Certifications

• Georgia Registered Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
• Healthcare Provider (CPR)

Qualifications

• NOTE: ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, Float Pool (Critical Care and Maternity), SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.
• NOTE: NRP within 6 months of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• NOTE: PALS within one year of hire in PACU
• NOTE: BLS required within 30 days of hire.
