Job summary

Baptist Health Surgery Center Eastpoint is seeking a PrePost Surgery Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care across the lifespan, following Kentucky Nursing Laws and center policies. The RN will participate in governance and continuously improve patient outcomes within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include applying the Nursing Process, supporting professional development, and ensuring safety and quality in pre- and post-operative areas.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license required.
• BCLS (within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS & PALS (within 6 months of hire)
• Willing to cross-train in Endo/Pre-Post areas

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process for all assigned patients from infancy to geriatric.
• Collaborate with inter-professional team to improve patient outcomes.
• Promote quality patient care and participate in governance for a healthy practice environment.
